The battle for leadership in the telephony sector is intense and there is now a new player who is standing up to big. The Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi recently won the crown the third largest mobile phone maker in the world, with a market share of 6%. Apple will take advantage with 12% and Samsung is detached from the pack with 25% of the whole pie. In Xiaomi they have climbed positions to offer an excellent combination of performance, design and price. It is quite an achievement considering that its current flagship, the Xiaomi Mi4, can only be achieved through Internet.
