HTC launches One E9s with 5.5-inch display in India

HTC has launched a new smartphone in India. He completed his famous One E range with 9s termination and a data sheet similar to that of Desire 820. New exclusive, which should not cause a lot of envy, so.

If we relied on HTC to strengthen its presence outside Asia in the second half, this is obviously not a priority for now. After Butterfly 3 and M9+ Aurora Edition recently launched in Japan, it was in India that has just been unveiled a new model: the One E9s dual SIM. Needless to appear envious this time however, since if his name brings the powerful One E9+, technical specifications, it rather reminds Desire 826 or Desire 820 that are found here.

The only two real differences between the two models are the chipset and the front camera. The first is a MT6752 also clocked at 1.5GHz, the equivalent of Snapdragon 615 from Desire at MediaTek. The second is based on an UltraPixel sensor rather than a standard 8-megapixel sensor. The rest is the same: 5.5-inch HD display, speakers HTC BoomSound front, dual SIM, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB of expandable internal memory, 13 megapixel camera and 2600 mAh battery.

The only real advantage of One E9s could be its price. It is not specified on the cover page but HTC usually more aggressive in its range One E. And again. Instead, we have a habit of comparing it to the range One. The difference is probably less important with the Desire range. Not to mention that the price of Desire 820 is a little lower since its launch. In other words, One E9s does not seem to much the HTC catalog.
