Vivo has released a new teaser for the X5 Pro that is about to announce. This comes on retinal recognition. At the same time, the smartphone has appeared in TENAA sign that the launch is not far off.
Vivo has already says a lot about the next model of its X5 range. Several teasers were released, confirming that he would take the name of X5 Pro and would be equipped with a particular version of FunTouch based on Android Lollipop, a 2.5D display, a camera with autofocus phase detection and a webcam capable of delivering 32-megapixel shots. Another seemed to acknowledge the presence of a security system based on the eye of the user. It is now certain with the new teaser below.
Released on Facebook, it’s a little less subtle than the last. One eye will appear with a lock instead of the retina. It is therefore the latter which will authenticate the user, certainly via webcam on the front of the X5 Pro. Vivo confirms in passing that this feature will not be reserved for locking the smartphone. It may also be used to secure access to important applications.
The X5 Pro looks like being an interesting smartphone, even if it is not necessarily the most comfortable multimedia with Snapdragon 615 waited inside. Rest now knows when it will be formalized. Rumors were betting on the beginning of May. We are there now and discretion of Vivo about it indicates that it is not necessarily for now even though the launch is obviously not very far either because the smartphone has already achieved certification to TENAA.
