While his official presentation is scheduled for March 1, now the developer LlabTooFeR just posted on Twitter what appears to be one of the official fund screens that will be pre-installed on the HTC One M9 aka HTC Hima.
An image with the definition of 2160 x 1920 pixels leaves no doubt about the definition of the screen next top Taiwanese range. It is simply a scrolling screen for a full HD 1080p display.
An unofficial confirmation that is not a big surprise since we had been able to read several times that the HTC One M9 equip a Full HD 1080p 5-inch screen, while the Plus version would propose a screen 5.2 inch Quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. A choice above all strategic and especially astute enough that will allow the Taiwanese to reach a wider audience.
By offering a high-end device with a Full HD screen, the company has, in fact, the means to reach those who prefer to optimize battery life, without going into the escalation of pixels. Nevertheless, with the HTC One M9 Plus should offer both a Quad HD screen and a fingerprint reader; the Taiwanese will also be able to compete directly with the Galaxy S6 whose presentation is expected the same day.
Each of the two phones should be equipped with a Snapdragon 810 processor supported by 3GB of RAM and a 20.7 megapixel image sensor (dual version for the M9 Plus), all under Android Lollipop via Sense 7.
Note that LlabTooFeR promised to publish wallpaper daily until March 1. A better way to turn up the heat before the presentation of MWC 2015. To download the image at 2160 x 1920 pixels size, just go to this link.
