Two new Nexus should come out this year. LG and Huawei are both designated manufacturers to produce these new terminals.
According to the site GizmoChina, Google is working on the release of two Nexus this year. It might as well accept that its smartphone in two different versions, like Apple with its iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.
Two Nexus, two manufacturers
Indeed, a rumor appeared yesterday on Weibo evoked Google’s association with a Chinese manufacturer. But today, this rumor has evolved since the person who is originally published a new message, suggesting that there would be not one, but two manufacturers. Google may well be associated with two different manufacturers to produce two new Nexus.
Two terminals manufactured by LG and Huawei?
For the first model, LG would be the most serious lead. Concerning the second model is a Chinese manufacturer that would have been contacted. It also hesitates between his own chip and SoC designed by Qualcomm. A very valuable since there is only indiscretion Huawei in China that produces its own processors. So it seems the nominee for the second model.
The successors of the Nexus 5 and 6?
The question is which models will market Google in 2015. The Mountain View company will she produce a new generation of its existing products by designing the successors of the Nexus 5 and 6? If that were the case, Google would adopt a quasi-strategy similar to Apple by selling a range consisting of two smartphones: one with a 5-inch screen, the other with a larger 6-inch screen.
But these two terminals planned in 2015 may not be adopting both the smartphone format. Google could well repeat what he did last year by releasing a smartphone and a tablet with the new generation of Nexus 6 and Nexus 9. This strategy, however, would lose many users who had been seduced the Nexus 5.
