The certification agency TENAA has released a video which is shown officially Gionee S8, the version with 6-inch display.
Today the Chinese company certification TENAA (the equivalent of the FCC in the US) has released a video which shows live the new Gionee S8, a super phablet with 6-inch display diagonal and all this technology.
Thanks to this video, and certification TENAA know that Gionee S8 will use most likely display a 6-inch diagonal AMOLED qHD resolution 2560 x 1440 pixels, an Octa-Core MediaTek 6795 chipset running at maximum frequency of 2Ghz, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory (which should be expanded thanks to the microSD slot).
The video confirms the presence of a front camera 8MP perfect for taking selfie, while the previous rumors of a rumored rear camera with a 23 megapixel sensor (autofocus, LED flash and optical image stabilizer) that would be able, thanks to software developed by Gionee, take pictures interpolated at a maximum resolution of 100 megapixels.
Gionee S8 certainly will not be a featherweight (the device it should weigh about 207 grams) as it has a thickness of 9.6 mm containing a powerful battery of 3250 mAh and a scanner for fingerprints on the rear bodywork.
At the operating system level expected immediately Android 5.0 Lollipop customized interface Amigo 3.0, which will provide all the necessary functions to make the most of the hardware components level.
Unfortunately they are not yet known the selling price, when it Gionee S8 shall start marketing in China; also we do not know if the product will never marketed outside of Chinese soil.
