The Doogee has managed to draw a lot of attention in recent months, casting interesting devices like the HomTom HT6 with its generous battery 6.250mAh and F3, with premium design and really powerful specifications. Now new information about the upcoming high-end smartphone to be launched by the Chinese company was revealed through GizChina portal, including from a gallery with some images to details about their main specs and features.
According to them, the device will be sold under the name Doogee F5, relying on a fingerprint reader on your back. So far, nothing very new, since several companies are betting on biometrics to increase user security level of fast and practical way. According to informed, however, the Doogee F5 will have a new technology in its biometric sensor; allowing actions are set to be taken in accordance with the time that you stay with your finger on the component.
With this, you can access your home screen by pressing the “button” responsible for reading by 0.5 seconds, then taken to the area of recent applications if the touch is maintained for 1.5 seconds, for example. We do not know exactly to what extent this function would be extended, but it would be really handy to keep a finger for something like two seconds on the reader to automatically open the music player or WhatsApp, thus avoiding having to navigate between your apps and look for the corresponding icons.
This type of technology is similar to what we expect for the Force Touch Apple on iPhones, which depending on the user-pressured a different task will be performed. However, rather than use force, the Doogee found it practical to use a time-variable, since this is more easily remembered by the user after the setting of several different actions.
How often have the Chinese manufacturers, the amount charged will be well below what we would have if the device was sold by big names like Samsung or Apple. According to what has been revealed, Doogee F5 would be sold later this month for $ 149.99.
