This morning the Chinese brand Honor officially announced its latest flagship, the Honor 7. And the smartphone will not only his arrival. The company has also formalized the Honor Zero, a waterproof watch and connected circular which will provide autonomy of four days, which is fairly unusual for a smartwatch.
Halfway between connected and tracker shows activity, the Honor Zero offers simple and elegant design, circular, brushed metal. For now, Honor has not yet announced what OS will run under his watch connected (probably a home OS) neither confirmed its compatibility with other smartphones that Honor 7.
Equipped with a pedometer, the watch will monitor the physical activity of the user but also the monitoring of sleep. She is certified by the sealed IP68 protection and has no physical button. Therefore, all actions will be made through the touch screen.
In addition, for now, the firm has not yet expressed on the technical characteristics of the watch (screen, processor, battery), only focusing on its features, its autonomy and sealing. Like any self-respecting shows connected, it will obviously be able to view notifications of your smartphone.
The release date of Honor Zero is scheduled for August at a yet undisclosed price, but that should not exceed 150 euros. It will be cheaper than Huawei Watch for whom it could also be a nice alternative. As in the case of the latest phone from the firm, it is not yet known whether the watch will be sold outside the Chinese market.
