Asus yesterday presented some very interesting new features to Chrome OS (in this case a hybrid and HDMI key). Acer could not remain on the low side: the manufacturer has in turn unveiled its new Chromebook.

 And this is a very different format from what we know of Chromebooks usual, since the Chromebase is an all-in-one features a 21.5-inch touch screen (1080p). A touchscreen is it really useful for an operating system that was not designed for this use? Things will change gradually.

 Google has indeed indicated that Android would be able to adapt more easily on this type of slab with a backpack kit now open to all. This will help the hybrid Asus as this computer from Acer.

Asus and Google just to debut a new laptop with Chrome OS operating system. Is Asus Chromebook Flip C100, a hybrid between laptop and tablet computer. All machine chassis is metallic, and the material chosen is aluminum. Product managers brand have opted for this metal, due to its properties of durability, but also for its lightness. It is built on a single piece of metal. It is a lightweight computer that looks brushed aluminum around the outside of the housing having rounded corners. Google Inc. has unveiled the Chromebit, a microcomputer Chrome OS that fits in HDMI key. Manufactured by Asus, the Chromebit features a Rockchip 3288 processor with four ARM Cortex-A17 cores clocked at 1.8 GHz and a Mali-T764 graphics with four cores. The Chromebit embeds 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage memory. The Chromebit connects directly to an HDMI port and is powered through a USB port. It also offers a USB port for connecting a keyboard and mouse. The Chromebit also has Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 4.0. So the key will turn any TV or monitor with an HDMI input computer Chrome OS.

 The Chromebit will be available later this summer for a price of $ 100, or at least as much in euros. In the process, both brands have joined the clan of manufacturers Chromebook: Haier and Hisense. These two companies have announced the release of Haier ChromeBook 11 and Hisense Chromebook that are already available in the US for about $ 150.
