Haier has introduced two new smartphones of the range Voyage, Voyage V5 and Voyage V3. The Haier Voyage V5 is presented in a housing market that combines the use of aluminum with the use of glass, and is available in two different housing colors: white and black. The Voyage V5 is led by a 5.5-inch screen with 1,920 x 1,080 pixel resolutions, and under his shell hides an eight-core processor, 2 gigabytes of RAM, 32 gigabytes of internal memory and Android 5.0 Lollipop. It will be available from September, becoming a starting price of 300 euros.
Taking a closer look at its specs, we see that the Haier Voyage V5 incorporates an IPS panel with a 5.5-inch screen with full HD resolution (and, Haier, a viewing angle that reaches 178 degrees). The dimensions of the Voyage V5 are set to 152 x 75 x 7.9 mm, and weight reaches 165 grams. If you look at the front of the terminal, we will appreciate that the operating system three buttons (Menu, Home and Back) are located below the screen -in the form of touch – keys; at the back we can see a Dual-LED Flash and a main chamber with a design that protrudes slightly above the casing.
With respect to technical specifications, the Voyage V5 incorporates a processor MediaTek (MT6752 model) eight cores with 64-bit technology and clocked at 1.7 GHz, 2 gigabytes of RAM (DDR2), 32 gigabytes internal memory expandable via microSD card up to 64 gigabytes, 4G LTE connectivity-ultra-fast Internet, a main 13 megapixel camera (Sony IMX214 sensor) with dual-LED flash, a front five-megapixel camera, the Android version Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system and a battery with 2800 mAh capacity.
The Voyage V5 will be available in stores from September, and can be bought with a price established official release 300 euros.
In case you’re looking for a phone with a more compact size-and, at the same time, a more economic-price, Haier has also announced the availability of Haier Voyage V3 a five-inch mobile processor incorporates eight cores, 1 gigabyte of RAM, 16 gigabytes of internal memory, Android 4.4 KitKat and a battery of 2300 mAh capacity, all for an official price of 180 euros. Furthermore, although this mobile comes with the version of KitKat, Haier says it will release an update that will allow installing Android 5.0 Lollipop in the Voyage V3.
