The new Acer Iconia Tab has been presented at the Four World Trade Center in New York. A device designed almost entirely for the school, given the functionality and use very simple and different applications dedicated to education. Two choices: Iconia One 8 with touch capabilities evolved and Iconia Tab 10 closely linked precisely to the educational market.
And the technical characteristics of the two tablets are very respectable. Acer Iconia One 8, in fact, is equipped with an Intel Atom quad – core processor and 2 GB of RAM; the internal memory, however, is 16, 32 or 64 GB. The HD display measures 10 inches (diagonal) 8 wide, with certification Gorilla Glass 4. This means that it is able to resist torsion and to possible impacts. The thickness of the device is 9.5 mm for a total weight of 355 grams. With regard to its resolution, and then, this is 1920 × 1200 pixels and, thanks also to the antiskid system, the device Acer is characterized by a considerable strength. Two cameras: the front 0.3 MP and the rear 5 MP. The software is Android 5.0 Lollipop, therefore, of the latest version.
