It is worth noting that the clamshell smartphone Gionee W909 will not concede on productivity to its conventional competitors. Gionee W909 will have fingerprint reader, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal flash memory, 16-megapixel main camera.

Some time ago, the smart phone was seen in the materials sites Geekbench and TENAA. Thus, we have an idea about the technical characteristics of the smartphone, which include 8-core processor MediaTek Helio P10 and graphics accelerator ARM Mali-T860 MP2 with a clock frequency of 700 MHz, working together with 4GB of RAM, and 16-megapixel main camera mentioned above.

The new smartphone Gionee W909 will receive two 4.2-inch displays with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels each and 5-megapixel front camera.,

The physical size of the smartphone will be 124.6 x 62.5 x 16.4 mm and weigh is 210 gram. It is also important that smartphone runs on Google Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system.

Gionee tries to revive the former glory of the clamshell smartphones. Chinese company hopes that the new product will be a “chicken lays golden eggs” and will be popular among users.
